Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the YaBudu mobile app and the yabudu.app website (the “Platform”), provided by YaBudu (“we”, “our”, “the service”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

YaBudu is an online booking platform that lets specialists (trainers, beauty professionals, clinics, and others) manage client bookings, and lets clients book services online.

2. Registration and account

  • To use the Platform, you must create an account using a phone number and a one-time passcode (OTP) via Telegram.
  • You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all actions taken under it.
  • You must be over 16 years of age to use the Platform.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Use the service only as intended and in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
  • Not infringe the rights of other users.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or to other users’ data.
  • Not use automated means to mass-collect data from the Platform.
  • Not publish false, misleading, or harmful information.

4. Bookings and appointments

  • Specialists independently set their working hours, list of services, prices, and cancellation policy.
  • YaBudu acts solely as a platform connecting specialists and clients. We are not a party to the relationship between them.
  • The cancellation policy is set individually by each specialist and is shown on the booking page.
  • We are not responsible for the quality of the services provided by specialists through the Platform.

5. Public profile

  • By creating a public profile, you agree that your profile information (name, description, services, schedule) will be available to all visitors of the Platform.
  • You receive a unique address (slug) for your profile. Addresses reserved by the system cannot be used.
  • We reserve the right to remove or block a profile that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

  • The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and the YaBudu trademark, is our intellectual property.
  • The content you create (service descriptions, profile photos, etc.) remains your property. You grant us a license to display this content within the Platform.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is”. We make every effort to ensure its stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
  • We are not liable for damages related to interruptions in the Platform’s operation, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or the actions of third parties.
  • YaBudu’s maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for using the service over the last 12 months.

8. Subscription and payment

  • The Platform may offer a free trial period and paid plans.
  • The terms and prices of the plans are published on the Platform and may change with prior notice.
  • After the trial period ends, access to the Platform’s features may be limited until you subscribe.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
  • We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms, without notice.
  • After your account is deleted, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the Platform after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes are resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
